PROJECT DESCRIPTION
During the early development stages of the project and in conjunction with conceptual design work for the resort, we completed several iterations of budget and capacity studies for the indoor waterpark portion of the resort. Conceptual designs and the ride and attraction mix were adjusted to ensure that the project would meet budget goals while not sacrificing operations, safety or guest experience.
