• Belek Golf Club - Belek, Turkey

  ClowardH2O is providing design and engineering services for this new resort development. The project is a system of canals, lakes and streams that meander through the property and golf courses. All of the water within these systems, approximately 65 million gallons, will be treated and filtered naturally in wetlands areas rather than using more traditional mechanical systems.

• Coral World Sea Lion Addition - St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands

  ClowardH2O is providing design and engineering services for the addition of a new Sea Lion Interaction exhibit and associated holding and training pools. Scope includes design and layout of the facility as well as all water treatment and back of house areas.

• Mohegan Tribal Community and Government Center - Uncasville, Connecticut

  ClowardH2O is providing design and engineering services for the water features on this project including a natural stream fountain at the main building entrance and a water wall fountain in the rooftop atrium garden. The new structure will house the various departments of the Mohegan Tribal Government and a community center.

• Harrisburg University LIbrary - Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

  ClowardH2O is providing engineering services for the addition of two fountain features at the new campus library; one feature at the main building entrance and a smaller feature in at atrium on the 14th floor.

• Museum of Discovery and Science - Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

  ClowardH2O is providing design and engineering services for the renovation of existing animal exhibit spaces and addition of a new river otter exhibit. Design responsibilities include water treatment, mechanical and aquatic life support systems.

• Schlitterbahn Vacation Village - Kansas City, Kansas

  ClowardH2O is providing engineering services for several pools, rivers and attractions at the newest Schlitterbahn Waterpark currently under construction just outside of Kansas City. The first phase of the waterpark is scheduled to open Summer 2009. The entire project is a $750 million resort including the waterpark, lodging, entertainment and retail. Full construction is expected to be completed in 2011.

• The Ritz Carlton at Molasses Reef - West Caicos Island, Turks and Caicos

  ClowardH2O is providing design and engineering for the newest Ritz Carlton on secluded West Caicos Island. The property will include 125 suites and 75 private villas each with private plunge pool. The property with also feature several other luxury swimming pools and water features.

• Discovery Place - Charlotte, North Carolina

  ClowardH2O is providing the Design Documentation on all aquatic life support systems for the upcoming renovation of Discovery Place and the addition of the “Our Living World” exhibit. Occurring in phases over 17 months, the renovation will result in the addition of new original and traveling exhibitions, a new 3-D science theatre, larger aquariums and hands-on interactive displays. The renovation begins in January 2009.

• Indoor Waterpark Resort - Northwest United States

  ClowardH2O is providing full design and engineering services for all water elements within the indoor waterpark space for this new resort being developed by a local Indian Tribal Authority.

• Private Residence - Jupiter Islands, Florida

  ClowardH2O is providing full engineering design services for all water features at a private residence in the exclusive Jupiter Island community off the coast of Florida. Features will include a wave pool, fountain, giant aquarium, lazy river, and children’s splash pad.

• Zhixin Pirate's Key - Chengdu, China

  ClowardH2O is providing advanced schematic design for this new state of the art, pirate themed Waterpark, in Chengdu, China. The enormous wave pool boasts 2.6 million gallons of water with the capability of producing up to 9 ft. waves.

• Albany - New Providence Island, Bahamas

  ClowardH2O is providing complete design and engineering services for several swimming pools, fountains and water play areas for a luxury resort and residential and golf community being developed in the Bahamas by Tiger Woods, Ernie Els and Joe Lewis and Tavistok Group.

• Northeast Asia Trade Tower at Songdo City - Incheon, South Korea

  ClowardH2O is providing design and engineering services for the fountains and water elements associated with the 65-story business center, the first of several international business buildings within the Songdo Business District.

• Starwood Hotel and Convention Center at Songdo City - Incheon, South Korea

  ClowardH2O is providing design and engineering services for the water amenities for this hotel attached to the convention center at Songdo City. Construction is set to be complete by mid-summer 2009.

• Songdo City Park Fountains - Incheon, South Korea

  ClowardH2O is providing design and engineering services for the fountain amenities within the main city park. Comprising over 100 acres, the park is a green oasis in the middle of Korea’s first master planned international city.

• Space World - Kitakyushu City, Japan

  ClowardH2O is providing conceptual design services as well as engineering design services for a waterpark addition to Space World near Kyushu Japan.

• Xanadu Island Resort - Bodrum, Turkey

  ClowardH2O is the prime design contractor for this project with full design responsibility for the resort site master plan and hotel and the conceptual architectural designs of the hotel and resort buildings.
