PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Newly opened in Spring 2007, Yacht Haven Grande is he first luxury yacht development in the US Virgin Islands. The development offers state-of-the-art docks and marina facilities and amenities. The property also features an esplanade with restaurants and retails space as well as The Residences, a waterside condominium community.

PROJECT SCOPE
ClowardH2O provided design and engineering services for the water features within the development including swimming pools, plunge pools and site fountains.
