PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This exclusive private vacation residence located on a hillside overlooking Lake Mead in Boulder, Nevada is a one-of-a-kind themed playground. With its very own pirate ship, roaring waterfalls, grotto caves and waterslide the house has been the shooting location for several TV and media events since completion. Climb the ship’s mast and dive into the pool below or race through the pirate ship on the waterslide, the fun at this house seems to never end.

PROJECT SCOPE
Cloward H2O provided engineering and design services for the pirate themed pool area and water features including the swimming pool and diving well, waterfalls and water slides.
