PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Completed in August 2002, The Oasis is a 5 acre waterpark located in the heart of the Arizona Grand Resort property. The waterpark was specifically built to increase occupancy during the typically slow summer months and to provide a first class activity amenity for families, conference attendees, and other resort guests.

PROJECT SCOPE
Cloward H2O prepared the engineering designs for a 10,000 square foot wave activity pool, a 12,000 square foot lazy river with arching jets and a boiling rapids section, a children's activity pool and wet deck, a 25 person spa, and three waterslides including the two tallest waterslides in the state of Arizona. Provision has been made to add a fourth slide in the future.
