PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Step out of the cold, or humidity, and into this tropical paradise. This 65,000-square-foot waterpark sits on 30-acres and includes five huge areas of splash-tastic fun. No wallets allowed - each guest of the resort is given their own unique wristband with which they can buy items at resort shops and restaurants, enter the waterpark, access their hotel room, and even play video games in the arcade. There are no long lines or day guests at this water wonderland. Key Lime Cove Water Resort is limited to only guests of their 414 resort style suites.

PROJECT SCOPE
Cloward H2O collaborated in the design and layout of both the indoor and outdoor portions of the water park, as well as providing full engineering services for all themed pools, lazy river, wave pool, water slides, tots play area, and spa pools.
