PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Fairmont Heritage Place Acapulco Diamante is Fairmont's first interest in the fractional ownership industry. This most exclusive community consists of 50 private villas overlooking the beach, each with enclosed patio and garden space and a private plunge pool. The residences are situated amidst lush landscaping surrounding beautiful multi-level, infinity edge swimming pools.

PROJECT SCOPE
Cloward H2O provided complete engineering design for the elegant multi-level main pools, plunge pools at each villa and numerous site fountains.
