PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Situated at the center of the crescent of the Palm Jumeirah, the Atlantis water theme park serves as the centerpiece of the resort which includes a luxury hotel, spa, retail entertainment village, and distinctive archeological marine exhibits. The design of the 120 acre project was based on the myth of Atlantis and maintains the iconic design elements of the Paradise Island property, while incorporating traditional Arabic design themes. Features include the 60-acre water theme park, 12-acre dolphin interaction habitat, The Dig - one of the world's largest salt water aquariums and numerous site pools, lagoons and fountains

PROJECT SCOPE
Cloward H2O prepared design and construction documents for all water features on the project including all fountains, rivers, lagoons, waterfalls, swimming pools and waterpark attractions, aquariums and the dolphin habitat as well as providing construction supervision and oversight throughout the build-out phase of the project.
