PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Situated on 140 acres on the beach in Palm Beach, Florida, The Breakers is a luxury oceanfront hotel listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. The legendary resort was built was originally built in the 1920's in the Italian Renaissance style. The resort consists of 550 guest rooms, nine restaurants, two 18-hole golf courses, tennis facilities, the Spa and The Breakers and the Beach Club situated on one of the most stunning starches of beach on the South Florida coast.

PROJECT SCOPE
Cloward H2O was responsible for the design and engineering of the expansion to the Beach Club facilities which included the addition of an activity swimming pool, a luxury relaxation swimming pool, three Jacuzzi spas and a fountain feature.
